At Philips Morgan, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days from the date your order arrives to request a return.

No Restocking Fees – You will receive a full refund for eligible returns 

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Returns must be requested and approved before sending items back.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at Support@philipsmorgan.com to request a return.
  2. Once approved, we will provide the return address and detailed return instructions.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon arrival.
  • Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item.
  • For damaged or defective products, email Support@philipsmorgan.com so we can evaluate and resolve the issue quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care goods (beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  • Complete a return for your current item.
  • Once your return is approved, place a new order for the desired product.

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
  • If 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, contact us at Support@philipsmorgan.com.
